- These kennels are ON ORDER. Completing a pre-sale guarantees you receive the kennel(s) of your choice from our incoming shipment.
- You can cancel your pre-sale order up until arrival, however a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover the payment processing fees that we don't get back
- RuffLand kennels are non-returnable once they have been picked-up by the customer or shipped to the customer.
- We are unable to guarantee the expected arrival date due to the potential for delays in production or transport that would be out of our control.
- Kennels are sold separately from accessories (Top Trays, WaterHoles, etc.)
Kennels can be picked up from our Calgary store, Edmonton store - or, can be shipped throughout Canada or the USA. We offer free shipping to most provinces. See Shipping information link above. Shipping to the other province and territories is available at a nominal fee.
