PLEASE NOTE THAT WE UTILIZE A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FOR OUR LOCAL DELIVERIES. FOR QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO YOUR DELIVERY, PLEASE CONTACT TREXITY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT support@trexity.com

• We are excited to offer next-day home delivery 6 days a week (excluding Mondays and some stat holidays) within the following communities:

 

• • City of Edmonton
  • Sherwood Park 
  • Fort Saskatchewan
  • St. Albert
  • Spruce Grove
  • Stony Plain
  • Enoch Cree Nation
    
  • Leduc
  • Beaumont
    
    
• Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the next calendar business day after you place your order (we are closed Mondays) 

 

• Red Deer, Lacombe, and Blackfalds deliveries (every Sunday) are now handled through our Calgary location. Please order through www.modernk9.ca 
  

• We also offer home delivery service within the following communities:

• Gibbons (Every Saturday)

• Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the next calendar Saturday after you place your order. Orders must be received by 11:59pm on Friday. 

 

• We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, or accommodate requests for a specific delivery time.

• You should receive an automated alerts from our third-party service provider related to your delivery. 
  
  
• Please ensure that you have made arrangements to get your order to your freezer as soon as it's been delivered.
  
  
• Consider placing a suitably-sized cooler box (or freezer) in a conspicuous place on your doorstep where we can place your order. You must include in your order notes to put into the cooler. 
  

• We do not accept any responsibility for orders that thaw or are stolen after they've been delivered, or are delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please contact Trexity customer support for any concerns/complaints/compliments regarding your delivery.
