Delivery Info

  • We are excited to offer next-day home delivery 6 days a week (excluding Mondays and some stat holidays) within the following communities:

    • City of Edmonton
    • Sherwood Park 
    • Fort Saskatchewan
    • St. Albert
    • Spruce Grove
    • Stony Plain
    • Enoch Cree Nation
    • Devon
    • Leduc
    • Beaumont

      • Deliveries are made daily between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the next calendar business day after you place your order (we are closed Mondays) 

  • We also offer home delivery service within the following communities:

    • Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe, Ponoka (Every Wednesday)
      • Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the next calendar Wednesday after you place your order. Orders must be received by 11:59pm on Tuesday. 

    • We also offer home delivery service within the following communities:

      • Gibbons (Every Saturday)
        • Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the next calendar Saturday after you place your order. Orders must be received by 11:59pm on Friday. 

       

      • We'll be expanding our service area as our new business grows. If your area is missing from our delivery options, please email us to suggest future deliveries to your area. 

        • Your online order is delivered to your doorstep by our custom refrigerated delivery vans! 
          • Our routes are computer-generated each day based on the most efficient route for the overall deliveries. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, or accommodate requests for a specific delivery time.
            • You should receive an automated alert (text and/or email) when your order has left our warehouse, and another when your order has been delivered to your doorstep. Please use your cell phone number when ordering. Your alert will include a live map once your order is on the van. If you have rural address we suggest checking your pin location on the map to make sure the driver finds your location. If it is not correct, please call the store immediately.  

              • Please ensure that you have made arrangements to get your order to your freezer as soon as it's been delivered.

                • Consider placing a suitably-sized cooler box (or freezer) in a conspicuous place on your doorstep where we can place your order. You must include in your order notes to put into the cooler. 

                  • All deliveries are made to the first point of access at the delivery location (front step/porch, outside gate, main complex door, concierge, etc.). Due to insurance liability, our drivers are unable to enter houses or apartment buildings. Orders to condo/commercial buildings will be to the front entrance or lobby (if access can be made). For the safety of your pets, our drivers will not open gates into fenced yards.
                      • We do not accept any responsibility for orders that thaw or are stolen after they've been delivered, or are delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please note we have GPS and cameras in our van to verify delivery. We will review all info before refunds or replacements are issues for food delivered to wrong addresses. 

                        • Our delivery system (times, available days, charges, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
